Lady in Red
There was a taxi driver who worked night shifts cause night shifts brought in higher earnings. One day, he came across a peculiar passenger as he was working. A lady in red flagged for his cab on a street, so he stopped to pick her up.
He noticed that the lady was dressed in a red dress, with waist-length black hair and blood red lips. He had an uneasy feeling but decided to ignore that feeling.
'Uncle I'd like to go to the Hougang Cemetery,' the only thing she said when she got on the cab.
The driver nodded his head and started off. Being a friendly driver, he decided to make small talk with his passenger. He looked at his rear view mirror but saw no one there! He started to sweat even though his air con was on. He was so worried that he had unknowingly picked up a ghost.
Just in case, he decided to drop off at the cemetery to 'let off' his 'passenger'. As he reached the destination, he turned around and saw the lady in red, staring at him angrily and had blood slowly trickling out of her nose.
She was about to pay him when he shouted, 'NO NEED TO PAY!'
The lady in red ignored him and forced him to take the money before she alighted. The moment the door slammed shut the driver sped away in relief, throwing the notes he received out of the window.
What actually happened.
The lady bended down to dig her nose because she felt embarrassed to dig her nose openly, which explains why the driver failed to see her in the mirror. However, while digging, the taxi ran over a hump and her finger jerked into her nose and caused her nose to bleed. She had no tissue and didn't want to make a mess by smearing the blood on the back of her hand so she left it there as she was reaching the destination soon. Thus when she was paying the driver she looked extremely pissed with him.
A story I heard from my cousin last time. Interesting eh? ^^
